Cookie Policy

Effective as of June 23, 2026.

This policy explains what cookies are, which cookies and similar technologies we use on the Sushi Fresh Bar website (sushifresh.rs) and app, for what purposes, and how you can manage them.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the site. Similar technologies (for example local storage — localStorage) work the same way. They allow the site to function correctly, remember your choices, and help us improve the service.

2. Which cookies we use

We use the following categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: enable core functions — sign-in and session (AWS Cognito), security, and retaining your cart contents. Without them the site cannot work properly, so they cannot be disabled.
  • Functional cookies: remember your choices such as language, appearance (light or dark theme), and your cookie choice.
  • Third-party cookies: some services we use may set their own cookies — Mapbox (map display and address lookup) and the payment processor AllSecure (secure payment and 3-D Secure verification).

We do not use cookies for advertising and we do not sell cookie data to third parties.

3. Managing cookies

You can delete or block most cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in and ordering. Instructions for managing cookies are available in your browser's help.

4. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page.

5. Contact

For questions about the use of cookies, write to us at info@sushifresh.rs. To learn more about how we process data, read our Privacy Policy.
